The first exercise for you to relieve back pain is a simple route. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, hands on your hips, and just rotate back and forth slowly from the hips. This will help loosen your back and ABS and the longer you do it the more you are able to rotate.
The next exercise is my favorite. It covers a lot of your muscles. Lay on the ground with arms extended on each side, then take one of the legs and cross them so far ahead of the others, as you can. Your hips will be rotated and you should feel a stretch your legs all the way up to the poor. It feels really great and relaxes your back.
